Our warehouse is located here in Switzerland, in the immediate vicinity. This means we can process orders extremely quickly and ship them within 2-4 working days. Each package is carefully packaged and sent via A-Priority. In rare cases, such as when there is a high volume of orders, during holiday periods or absences, delays may occur. In such situations, we apologize and ask for your understanding.

We offer a variety of common payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, Postcard and TWINT. Customers with a corresponding credit rating also have the option of paying by "purchase on account". The credit rating is checked and approved in real time by our external partner during checkout. If this option is not available, the other payment methods are available to you. When ordering on account, the invoice is issued separately by the MF Group and must be paid directly to them.
